I was inspired by the example of my great-grandfather to become an artist. Ever since childhood I have wanted to follow in his footsteps and become an Architect. I believe that communication through art is more straightforward than oral expressing and that each of us has one major feature which determines their character.
The majority of my ideas are connected to the natural environment. I grew up in the countryside hence this is my pleasurable space. Moreover, using sustainable materials is important for the future of our planet thus I would like to create architecture that displays the unison between modern technology and natural harmony.
I am interested in a range of art movements, but primarily surrealism. I am keen on the idea of letting rein free for the imagination to run wild without paying attention to physical lows or workability. On account of that, also the architectural version of dream-like movement such as Deconstructivism is also a focus of my research. I am fascinated with playing with shape, proportions and materials, and by buildings such as the Royal Ontario Museum designed by Daniel Libeskind and Walt Disney Concert Hall by Frank Gehry – the kind of constructions that make you wonder how it is possible.
